电影《西藏班》讲述的就是被誉为“不进藏的援藏干部”——藏族班老师们的感人故事。西藏班的班主任艾老师（丁柳元 饰）有母亲一样的情怀，像爱护自己的孩子一样关怀着藏族学生。同学们把艾老师称之为是自己的阿妈。学校的教职员工们是一个爱生如子的群体，他们每个人都为这个学生们付出了无私的爱心。。Esther goes home to Skokie, Illinois to understand why her unique relationship with her parents motivated her to become a comedian. Documentary footage is intercut with stand-up, giving audiences a hilarious look into her origin story.。
