A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry. Despite the murkiness of some of the issues in the latter conflict, the students pitch in enthusiastically on what they believe to be the side of righteousness, and passions rise to fever pitch. ~ Clarke Fountain, All Movie Guide。漫画家・安達哲が青年コミック誌に連載した女子アナもののOVA化。監督はほぼ同時期にTVアニメ『愛天使伝説ウェディングピーチ』なども手がけていた湯山邦彦が担当。 ヒット番組に恵まれないダメTV局のATVだが、そんな中でも視聴率をコンスタントに稼いでいる人気コーナーがあった。それは美人アナウンサーの仲代桂子が出ている天気予報だ。彼女はATVが自分のおかげで存続していられると豪語し、これには誰も逆らえない。だがそんな中で新しい美人キャスターが登板してくるや、桂子は自分の豊満な肉体をこれでもかとお茶の間に向けてアピール。視聴率と人気のためなら肌をさらすことすらいとわない、仁義なき女の戦いが始まった。 主人公の仲代桂子は『ポケットモンスター』などでも湯山邦彦監督と縁の深い松本梨香が演じた。。
